 Job Summary: 

An Agent is responsible for contacting customers to remind them of their outstanding payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and updating account information. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

1. Contact customers to remind them of their outstanding payments, using scripts and call guides provided by the company. 

2. Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, taking into account their financial situation and the company’s policies and procedures.

3. Update account information in the company’s collections system, including notes on the customer’s payment history and any payment arrangements made. 

4. Identify and escalate accounts that require special attention, such as those with a high balance or a history of delinquent payments. 

5. Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. 

6. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections, including regulations related to debt collection practices. 

7. Maintain accurate records of calls made and collections made, and provide regular reports on collections activities to the collections team.

8. Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve performance and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. 

9. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, collections made, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the company. 

10. Perform any other duties as required by the collections team. 

Qualifications: 

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 

2. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a collections or customer service role. 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation. 

4. Ability to negotiate payment arrangements with customers. 

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

7. Knowledge of collections practices and regulations is preferred. 

8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 

9. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and collections software. 

10. Bilingual skills in English and another language may be preferred, depending on the customer base.

Installation & Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation & Service Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in installing automation systems in die casting or similar manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently at customer sites and be proficient in handling both electrical and mechanical aspects of installations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission BEI automation systems at customer locations.

Perform wiring, electrical panel connections, mechanical assembly, and system testing. 

Work with high-pressure die casting machines and peripheral equipment. 

Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems. 

Set up and program Fanuc or ABB industrial robots.

Ensure timely, safe, and quality-compliant installation execution. 

Coordinate with customers and internal teams during and post-installation.

 Provide basic training and support to customer operators and maintenance staff. 

Requirements:

 Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.

 2–4 years of experience in automation system installation. 

 Strong understanding of HPDC automation and related machinery.
